When registering at Royal Resorts, guests are asked to leave a deposit at the front desk.
The deposit is requested per stay regardless of the number of nights the guest is staying and varies according to the size of the room.
The Royal Sands, The Royal Caribbean, The Royal Islander and The Royal Haciendas all have two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites with twin Murphy beds in the living room.
The occupancy rules are as follows: Two-bedroom Suite 6 people One-bedroom Suite (A side) 4 people Lock off* (B side) 2 people Bringing an Additional Person The occupancy rules also state that Royal Resorts members are permitted to invite a seventh person to stay with them In the C suites at The Royal Cancun or the two-bedroom suites at the other resorts.
If you need a taxi please call the Bellboys to request one and give them 15 minutes notice.
You may smoke in the gardens and other public areas of the resort as long as they are outside.
